We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful co-ownership home, Manoir de Founecrop. This lovely property is located in Founecrop, Normandy, and sits on seven acres of parkland with a tennis court for your enjoyment.

The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. Additionally, the landscape surrounding the home is truly breathtaking, with picturesque view, scenic countryside and a short drive from the landing beaches.

We believe that this co-ownership arrangement is an ideal way to ensure that Manoir de Founecrop is well-cared for and enjoyed by all of its owners. By working together, we can keep this wonderful property in top condition for years to come.

Check in/Check out

We kindly ask that all guests adhere to our check-in and check-out times. Check-in begins on Monday at 3pm and check-out ends on the following Monday at 10am. This allows our staff to properly prepare the property for the next guests.

Upon arrival, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the property and its amenities. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is available to assist you.

During check-out, we ask that you leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Please ensure that all personal items are removed and that the property is clean and tidy. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

Safety & Security

Your safety and security are of the utmost importance to us. We have installed fire alarms throughout the property to ensure that in the event of an emergency, all guests are alerted quickly and efficiently. We also have lockable doors to provide an additional layer of security to the property. However, we strongly recommend that guests take precautions to safeguard their personal belongings while staying at Manoir de Founecrop, such as locking their valuables in the provided safe. If you have any questions or concerns about safety or security during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.

House Rules

We want all of our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure that all guests have a positive experience, we have established some house rules that we ask you to follow during your stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but guests may smoke outside as long as they properly dispose of cigarette ends. Pets are allowed with prior approval from management. Parties are allowed, but we ask that excessive waste and mess are cleaned before the changeover and not left for housekeeping. We also ask that you treat the property and its amenities with respect, and report any damages or issues to our team as soon as possible. Please be mindful of other guests staying on the property and maintain a level of mutual respect and courtesy. Housekeeping

We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance at Manoir de Founecrop. Our housekeeping team will visit the property every Monday to provide a fresh supply of linen and towels, and clean the bathrooms and common areas. During your stay, we kindly ask that you keep the property tidy and clean up after yourself. If you notice any maintenance issues during your stay, please report them to our team as soon as possible so that we can take care of them promptly. By working together to maintain the property, we can ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Manoir de Founecrop.
