Yes. You are free to sell your week(s) whenever you wish however you must first offer your weeks to the other shareholders. If after 6 weeks you still hold the shares you can then ‘go to the market’ and either sell them yourselves or we can assist in finding buyers.

Shares prices can fall as well as rise – though generally property values go up.
